The units must be diesel powered, have an air cooler package to provide 100% oil and moisture free air, must provide at least 1300 CFM and PSI, and capable of running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A whip check must be supplied with each air compressor as well as a moisture separator (electric type) after cooler. All hoses, couplings, and fittings must be 3 inch. Units must be free-standing and must be mobile with its own wheels (capable of being towed). Tractor trailer mounted is not acceptable.
