The United States Postal Service is solicitating proposals for a Main Post Office of 4,000 net interior square feet to be constructed on a site of approximately 32,200 gross square feet in Fowler, CA. Basic lease term of twenty years with two renewal periods at the option of the Postal Service for five years each. The site controlled by the Postal Service is located at the northwesterly corner of Merced and Seventh Streets in the City of Fowler, California, at a cost of $64,400. The site is to be subdivided from Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 95-1 according to map recorded in Book 56, Page 93 of Parcel Maps, Fresno County Records. The successful Offeror will be required to purchase the site in accordance with an assignable option.
