Engineer, construct, install and perform test programs to STC equivalent standards for the replacement propeller. Blades will be of all metal construction, equipped with oil-filled aluminum hub and internal pitch change mechanism. Installation will consist of two each counter rotating propellers. Designed to be an INTERCHANGEABLE 4-blade propeller system for the OC-10A and OV-10D model aircraft. Propellers with it's associated control and power management system must be supportable at the field level by the manufacturer and qualified maintenance facilities.
