37 -- TRUCK TRAILERS SOL R220Q970006 DUE 031997 POC Contracting Officer, Kay Ryan, (208) 387-5717 Provide fully enclosed 5th wheel cargo trailers for use by field support personnel traveling to remote locations throughout Western U.S. to install and maintain highly technical equipment. Trailers shall provide security and protection for equipment and off road vehicles. Trailers will be towed on secondary gravel/dirt roads and must be as airtight as possible to keep dirt and water intrusion to a minimum. Total quantity of 3 each with an option for a 4th unit pending availability of funds. Delivery to address in note #7 anticipated by May 2, 1997. Procurement is a 100% small-business set-aside and only written quotations will be accepted. Commercial item and simplified acquisition procedures will be used for award.
