Contractor shall provide secondary source blood products to the VA North Texas Health Care System, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216 for the period April 1, 1997 through September 30, 1997. Requirements are needed within 2 hours of order, within 24 hours of order and on an as-ordered and as-available basis. Sources capable of providing these items are invited to request a package. Solicitation package will be available on or about 2/28/97. Due date for proposals will be 3/28/97.
