EBC-type Control Unit A: This unit controls OCR with dedicated programs, and consists of a control section, a flexible disc section, an optical magnetic disc section, a CD-ROM section, a magnetic section, an IC card section, etc. This connects with EBO-type Image Scanner for OCR, EBT-type Sheet Printer, etc. by interface. This can also connect with 10Mb/s and 100Mb/s LAN. b. EBC-type Control Unit B: This unit controls terminal equipment with a keyboard for back-office operation with dedicated programs, and consists of a control section, a flexible disc section, an optical magnetic disc section, a CD-ROM section, a magnetic section, an IC card section, etc. This connects with EBT-type Sheet Printer, etc. by interface. This can also connect with 10Mb/s and 100Mb/s LAN. This unit can be used as terminal equipment for OCR back-office operation by addition of a main processor, memories, etc. c. EBT-type Sheet Printer A: This sheet printer can be used with EBC-type Control unit A. There is no upper cover board for setting EBO-type Image Scanner for OCR on this printer. d. EBT-type Sheet Printer B: This sheet printer can be used with EBC- type Control unit A and B. There is an upper cover board. e. EBO-type Image Scanner for OCR, C-type: This image scanner can be used with EBC-type Control unit A and B. (2) EBK-type Kanji Line Printer: This is a dot-impact Kanji line printer which allows printing of the data transmitted via LAN interface.
