This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. The James A. Haley VA Hospital intends to purchase approximately 9200 yards of Koroseal, Muratone pattern, brand name or equal wall paper. Koroseal is the manufacture and can be reached at 800-753-7512. Wallpaper is to be delivered to Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio. Vendors shall submit pricing with F.O.B point being destination. If vendor submits an equal product, then all technical data pertaining to product shall be submitted along with pricing. Offers shall provide a complete set of provisions with quotation found at 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items. Provisions and clauses found at 52.212-1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 and 852.210-77 also apply.
