Hite, 303/275-5274, Contracting Officer Christine O'Guin Project consists of providing the planning, development and administration of a mental health program for Pine Ridge Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. The Government shall supply to the Contractor, materials, supplies, property or services as necessary. The Contractor shall be liable for all loss or damage of such government-furnished property until completion and final acceptance of work required under this contract. The Mental Health Professional shall be fully licensed, certified or accredited by the State of Nebraska as a professional psychiatrist, psychologist, or psychiatric social worker. A copy of licensure, certification or accreditation and resume of qualifications must be included with the return solicitation package. The work will be primarily at the Pine Ridge Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, located approximately 11 miles south of Chadron, Nebrasaka, on Highway 385. Contract will be awarded for one year, with 3 possible one year option periods. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. (0036)
