R -- FEDLINK INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SERVICES SOL REF: DOEV/NS POC Anthony Lembo, Contract Specialist The Library of Congress intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew a subscription with Newsnet, Inc. for the continued use and access of their database by Department of Energy, Washington DC (DOEV). Newsnet is a full-text business news database, offering up-to-the- minute access to over 500 information sources. The database includes more than 480 industry-specific business newsletters in 30 different industries, including aerospace and defense, telecommunications, electronics and computers, and finance, and continuous access to nearly 20 worlwide newswires. Most of the newswires are available in real time, and include feeds from AP, Agence France-Presse, Business Wire, Jiji, PR Newswire, Reuters, UPI, and Xinhua.
