The Office of Justice Programs intends to modify on a sole source basis Contract OJP-94-C-006, entitled NATIONAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFERENCE SERVICE CONTRACT, with the Aspen Systems Corporation. The modification will incorporate additional contract requirements for increased clearinghouse support, including data collection and analysis, document dissemination, and conference support, under Task 17, entitled DRUGS AND CRIME DATA CENTER AND CLEARINGHOUSE. The additional requirements will be performed during Option Year 2 of the contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
