The work consists of the general construction of one -- two bedroom residential duplex to be constructed on-site or as a manufactured modular system. The duplex shall be set on a crawlspace type foundation with attached single car garages. Water, sewer, power, gas, telephone and cable TV are connected to existing main lines. Earthwork, grading, walks, ramps, decks, driveway aprons and roads are a part of the work. The site is located in San Juan County, approximately 42 miles west of Blanding, Utah at Natural Bridges National Monument, Utah. (0036)
