This announcement is not a formal solicitation. The USPFO For Vermont has a requirement for an Automotive Test Stand that will test alternators, generators and starters. The Automotive Test Stand shall have the following minimum requirements: Mounting type: console. The test stand shall have the capability to test 6 to 28 volt units to a maximum range output of 400 amps. The test unit shall require a 15 horsepower, 3 phase, variable speed, 230 volt drive motor.
