The General Organization for Greater Cairo Water Supply (GOGCWS), in the Arab Republic of Egypt, requests bids from U.S. firms for four mobile electric generator sets. The required mobile electric generator sets consist of two 250+ kW sets and two 500+ kW sets rated at 1500 rpm to deliver electric power at 400 volts, 50 Hz including spare parts to be furnished and delivered to CIP Destination Alexandria, Arab Republic of Egypt. Bidder must have representation for supply of spare parts and service in the Arab Republic of Egypt and must bid on all of the items specified. A Fixed Price Host Country Contract with GOGCWS is anticipated. Payment will be made in U.S. Dollars by USAID/Cairo through a direct letter of Commitment under USAID Grant No. 263-1093. Late submission of bids will not be considered. Bids must remain valid and open for acceptance for a minimum of 120 days from the date set for bid opening.
