Haley VA Hospital intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with SCI of Omaha, Nebraska for a Porta-King Lock in-plant Office Package. No solicitation package will be issued. Offerors who request a copy of the solicitation and/or simply provide a statement that they can provide the required items will not be considered. Items shall be 100 percent compatible with SCI's product to match existing product. Responsible sources may respond by submitting information identifing their capability to supply items that are 100 percent compatible. This information will be considered only if clear and convincing evidence is provided that the offeror can meet the requirements of the Government. This information shall include technical and pricing data.
