The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for professional services to perform contract, procurement, and acquisition support services to perform contract, procurement, and acquisition support services. This work consists of review and evaluation of construction contractor proposals, and preparation of Technical Analyses (TA) of contractor proposals; preparation of Government Estimates for contract changes; review and comment on adequacy of contractor submittals; provide litigation support, if requestedby the Contracting Officer; and preparation of reports related to inadequacies in contractor performance. The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department of Interior Acquisition Regulations (DIAR), Reclamation Acquisition Regulation System (RARS), Reclmation policy, and professional engineering practices. All files necessary to perform the work are located in Bend, Oregon. The Contractor will be required to provide local transportation to and from that location, copy services, office facilities, and computer-based word processing equipment. The work will commence on award of contract and close approximately September 30, 1997. For this acquisition the standard industrial classification code is 8711. This is a small business set-aside.
