The Philadelphia Contracting Operations Branch is seeking the services of a Closing Agent to conduct settlements on HUD Owned properties located in the jurisdiction of the Baltimore Field Office. The bidder shall be a Title Insurance Company, or agent licensed in the State of Maryland. The contract shall be for a one year term with possible extension of two additional one year periods.
