The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Community Services (OCS), Division of Energy Assistance (DEA) requires the contractor to provide a Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Clearinghouse. The contractor will be responsible for collecting, developing, organizing and diseminating information relevant to the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program. Clearinghouse information will be available to LIHEAP grantees and other interested parties. Section 2609A of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Act of 1981 (Title XXVI of Public Law 97-35, as amended), authorizes this acquisition be limited to States, territories, Tribes, tribal organizations, public agencies, and private nonprofit organizations. Anticipated period of performance is twelve (12) months with two (2) 1-year options. Interested parties should request RFP 105-97-8210. All requests must be in writing.
