The work consists of complete renovation of Building #509 at Ft. Belvoir, Va. This is a two story building. This renovation will include the following work: Demolition of existing pavement, sidewalk, and other site structures, demolition of existing exterior balconies and footings, removal of existing utilities, excavation and grading for new pavements, construction of new pavements, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters, construction of new utilities and utility structures, new landscaping, removal of existing doors, windows, interior partition, floor, ceiling, and removal of existing plumbing, fixtures and equipment, including existing mechanical and electrical. The provision of new stairs, restoration of existing exterior surfaces, provision of new doors, windows, and storefronts, provision of new interior partitions, flooring, finishes, provision of new toilet fixtures, equipment, and accessories. Provision of new electrical service including pad mounted transformer, conduits, and electrical devices. Provision of exterior security lights, new plumbing, air condition/ventilation systems, new sprinkler and fire alarm systems, and interior wiring and lighting.
