Project is located at the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region VI, 800 North Loop 288, Denton, Texas, approximately 38 miles North of Dallas, Texas. The facility is a three (3) story concrete structure with two floors underground. The contract period shall be one hundred twenty (120) days. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed-price contract. The projected start date of this contract is June 1, 1997.
