The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this project is 1542 -- General Contractors -- Nonresidential Buildings, Other than Industrial Buildings and Warehouses. The size standard is $17M. This project contains a Base Bid and one option. The project description for the base bid includes the complete interior renovation of Building 3096, miscellaneous exterior repairs and incidental related work. The work for option one is to prep and paint the two existing exterior canopies and the existing soffits, fascias and rake trim.
