The work for Island 7 -- Island 8 is located in the Mississippi River approximately 6 river miles downstream of Hickman, Kentucky and the work for Kentucky Point is located in the Mississippi River approximately 1 river mile downstream of New Madrid, Missouri. The estimated cost of the work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This will be an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656. To qualify as a small business concern, the concern must have had average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $17.0 million.
