Provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to alter/repair/maintain Hangar 1416 at Selfridge Air National Guard Base MI. Work is to include, but not limited to installing a 1,000 LB capacity bridge crane complete and a personnel anti-fall protection devise, relocating and adding on to various utility systems, (electric, water, compressed air, communications) throughout the hangar, room demolition/ remodeling, interior finishing of walls, ceilings, and floors, construction of a photo processing lab, parts cleaning area, various shops (welding, avionics, sheet metal working, tire repair, etc.), upgrade the fire detection and protection systems, replace the existing heating and air conditioning systems with energy efficient equipment and a complete DDC electronic control system to be interfaced with the base system. All work is to be in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for Project VGLZ 942028, "Alteration/Repair/Maintain Building 1416". The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance period is 180 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
