This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Department of Energy Albuquerque Operations Office (DOE-AL) intends to procure, under full and open competition, a quantity of 261 P220 Sig Sauerpistols, PN: 220-45-BSS, including 3-dot tritium sight installed, blued finish, 2 (two) 7-round magazines, owner's manual, "Property U.S. Govt" engraved on the slide of each weapon, lockable carrying case. Only those vendors who can furnish this item will be considered, no substitute items will be accepted. This is an "all or none" solicitation and contractors must propose on all items.
