This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The announcement shall be considered an Invitation for Bid (IFB). This IFB incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. This IFB has zero percent set-aside for small business, with a standard industrial classification code 2731, and a small business size standard of 500 employees.
