The Naval Special Warfare Development Group is seeking sources to provide medium Airlift Services (no aircraft sales or leases) for the transportation of personnel operational gear, weapons, baggage and associated hazardous materials. Contracted aircraft must be capable of airlifting 12 personnel and 5,000 pounds of cargo at 420 cubic feet with a maximum single piece weighing 300 lbs at 24 cubic feet. Transported distance will be 3500 miles maximum with enroute refueling approved (non-stop not required but is preferred) airlift destinations to include Alaska, Canada, Continental United States and Central America.
