The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to award a sole source purchase order with Sonoma Technology, Inc. for the revision to VOCDat Software/Documentation; Demonstrations of Revised VOCDat software; and PAMS Data Analysis Workshop. Under this purchase order, the contractor shall (1) revise the most recent version of VOCDat which includes modifying the AIRS transaction record export format, incorporating logic to automatically create data records, enhancing the software, and creating a VOCDat program module to run daily statistical checks/comparisons on new VOC data, (2) produce revised documentation for VOCDat software, (3) demonstrate the revised VOCDat software on two separate occasions, (4) modify the PAMS Data Analysis Workshop presented in Dallas, TX on December 3-5, 1996 and, (5) conduct a PAMS Data Analysis Workshop to approximately eighty (80) representatives. The period of performance is expected to be from date of award through April 30, 1997.
