The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport intends to award a five (5) year (459,000 Hours), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Contract with CPFF Provisions on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Greatest Value Basis utilizing the following Evaluation Factors: Technical Capability (Subfactors: Technical Approach, Personnel, Past Performance, Management Approach, and Facilities) and Cost which are listed in descending order of importance. The SIC Code applicable to this effort is 8744 (50 0 Employees). The successful contractor shall provide environmental engineering and management services to the NUWC Environmental Division, including: Environmental Program Management; Assessment and Strategic Planning; Environmental Risk Management and Assessment; Environmental Compliance Evaluations and Site Inspections; Environmental Technical Support; National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Documentation and Implementation; Pollution Prevention; Training Support; Environmental Data Management; Hazard ous Material Management; Hazardous Waste Management; Air Compliance Management; Potable and Waste Water Management; and Tank Management. A portion of this requirement is a follow-on to Contract N66604-95-D-A108 (18 Months/15,000 Hours) with TRC Corporation.
