The VA intends to award a single contract and deserves the right to make multiple awards if in the Government's best interest. The contract base period will be from one calendar year from date of award, with two (2) one year options for renewal. Total duration of the contract will not exceed three (3) years. Contractor is required to have access points in our 7 county cachment area to include Glades, Hendry, Indian, Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach Counties. SIC: 8042 and 5995. Solicitation will be available on or about February 25, 1997.Requests for copies of this solicitation must be in writing and should be received by the issuing agency no later than 15 calendar days from the date this notice is published.
