SPECIAL NOTICE The Air Traffic Systems Requirements Service (ARS) organization, a consolidation of requirements organizations within Air Traffic Service (ATS), invites the Aviation Industry to attend a briefing on the progress of the ARS organization since November 1996. As the executive leaders of the new requirements organization, Neil Planzer and Dennis Koehler will host the presentation. The briefing will be held at FAA Headquarters, 800 Independence Avenue, S.W., Washington, DC, 3rd Floor Auditorium, 9 A.M. to 11:00 a.m., on February 24, 1997.
