This Command intends to acquire, through full and open competitive procedures, BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING SERVICES for the U.S. Altantic Command (USACOM) Joint Training, Analysis, and Simulation Center (JTASC) in Suffolk, Virginia. Services consist of the guidance for: systems engineering to facilitate the identification, assessment and insertion of technology, BPR methodologies to disseminate information related to functional process improvement throughout the enterprise, faciltstion of structural and cultural changes, leverage of emerging technologies to support the creation of a knowledge based organization, and apply the principles of continuous improvement within these areas.
