Contractors shall provide: at least 100 spaces at one or two secure parking facilities within a one mile radius of the US District Courthouse; furnish all necessary equipment, personnel, supervision, maintenance, fuel, and operating supplies needed to provide regularly scheduled weekday shuttle services between the US Courthouse located at 312 North Spring Street, the Edward Roybal Federal Building and the Courthouse located at 255 East Temple Street, including a combined arrival and departure point, and the parking facilities; provide a safe, well-maintained, dependable vehicle providing handicap accessibility and having a seating capacity for at least fourteen passengers; the vehicle shall have a cellular phone or dispatch equipment capabilities; a replacement vehicle shall be provided within 60 minutes if the currently used vehicle becomes unavailable.
