The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies and services to perform janitorial services at the Caretaker Site Office located at 90 Walbach Street, New London, CT (formerly Naval Undersea Warfare Center). This is a combination fixed price/indefinite quantity type contract. The contract period shall be for one year plus four one year option periods to be exercised without further notice if found to be in the government's best interest. This is a small business set aside. FAR Clause 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services will be included in this solicitation. SIC: 7349 COST RANGE: Under $25,000 per year. Bidders interested in obtaining plans and specifications for this project must submit their request, with a company check, certified cashier's check or money order in the amount of $9.00 payable to the U.S. Treasury and annotated with the applicable solicitation number to Defense Automated Printing Service (DAPS), Box 40, Building 83, Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT 06340-5040. Two sets of plans and specifications will be sent via First Class U.S. Mail upon availability to those contractors who have rendered payment.
