Work shall consist of the following: demolition and disposal of existing glass at roof and sidewalls; installation of new polycarbonate glazing system; replacement of exterior door; asbestos abatement; upgrading HVAC system; and upgrading electrical system; and incidental work in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
