The renovations will consist of constructing a wall, installing a door, installation of a new vanity sink with additional plumbing, relocation of a existing sink with necessary plumbing modifications, removal of existing electrical outlets, installation of a new light switch with modifications of existing lighting circuit as necessary and interior finish replacement as noted on drawings.
