The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) has the requirement to modify this contract to perform analysis support in the Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Program and in the assessment, evaluation, tracking, and documentation of CTR program objectives and performance related to Government priorities. The Office of the Under Secretary of Defense has requested this support in order to help DoD be compliant with reporting requirements to Congress. The SETA contractor already in place has a unique background and experiences on all aspects of the CTR program. In addition, strict deadlines must be met.
