NASA's Office of Space Science (OSS) is releasing a NASA Research Announcement (NRA 97-OSS-03) entitled "Heliospheric Missions Guest Investigator (HMGI) Research and Analysis Program" on March 3, 1997. Notices of intent to propose are requested by April 7, 1997, with a proposal due date of June 3, 1997. This NRA solicits basic research proposals relating to the analysis and interpretation of data from the heliospheric missions Pioneer 10 and 11, the Voyager Interstellar Mission, Ulysses and the Solar, Anomalous and Magnetospheric Particle Explorer (SAMPEX). Participation in this program is open to all organizations, domestic or foreign, including educational institutions, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, NASA Centers, and other Government agencies.
