C -- MULTIDISCIPLINE INDEFINITE DELIVERY-INDEFINITE QUANTITY A/E SERVICES SOL F21611-97-R0001 POC POC: Darcee Copus-Sabart (612)725-5596, Contracting Officer: Marilyn Scott Project consists of preparation of special technical studies/analyses and design documents to include building and ground alteration, maintenance, repair and minor construction, feasibility and concept studies, material investigation and color studies, cost estimates, preparation of architectural engineering studies/investigation and preparation of architectural and engineering documents and reports for architectural projects with associated structural, civil, landscaping, mechanical, electrical environmental, subsurface soil investigations and incidental work. An open-end contract will be awarded for a period of one year with two option years. Projects will be issued to the contractor by delivery order. Cumulative amounts of all delivery orders will not exceed $165,000.00 per year. Firms must currently maintain a staffed local office within the seven county Mpls-St Paul metropolitan area. Selection will be based upon the following criteria which are numbered in order of importance: (1) Specialized experience of the firm in the type of work required. (2) Professional qualifications of the key personnel that will be assigned to thiseffort. (3) Capacity of the firm and subconsultant relationship to accomplish work in the required timeframe. (4) Past performance. (5) Location of the firm, key subconsultants and key personnel. (6) Demonstrate success in prescribing the use of recovered materials and achieving waste reduction and energy efficiency in facility design. (7) Volume of previous DoD awards during the last three fiscal years with the objective being to effect equitable distribution of contracts among those qualified. Firms meeting the requirements described in this announcement are invited to submit Standard Form 254, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionaire and Standard Form 255, Architect-Engineer and Related Service Questionaire for Specific Project. Three copis of these forms are required. Responses will be accepted at the address above until the close of business on the 30th calendar day from the date of this announcement. Firms responding to this announcement before closing date will be considered for selection, subject to the limitation on geographic location. No additional information will be provided.
