D -- WATCHLIST SCREENING SYSTEM SOL 7-4069 POC Sandy Souders/Lawrence Frazier (301) 713-0854 The U.S. Dept. of Commerce/Bureau of Export Administration/Office of Enforcement Support intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with OCR Services to provide an Export Enforcements Watchlist Screening System that will help screen incoming applications for export licenses against firms and individuals denied export privileges who may otherwise try to circumvent government export laws. This system will include interfaces to download export licenses applications and interfaces to import; capability to maintain up to six (6) watchlists; installation, training and one (1) year annual maintenance. Other sources capable of satisfying this requirement are invited to submit information as to their capabilities and any other pertinent data to the address above, to be received no later than 15 days after the date of this notice.
