Potential sources are being sought for the operation and maintenance of the central utility plant and distribution system at Falcon AFB, CO and Onizuka AS, CA. This is an A-76 cost comparison effort. Contractor will provide all personnel, management, labor and other items and services necessary to operate, maintain, and repair central utility plants (steam/hot water, chiller, electrical power) as defined in the performance work statement for each facility. Interested sources should submit a written request to this office within 30 calendar days from publication in the Commerce Business Daily. Responses should include business size (i.e., small, large) and experience in operating central utility plants with similar systems.
