Williamson, 702/295-7608 Installation of approximately 117 miles of Fiber Optic Communications cable at the Nevada Test Site, located approximately 65 miles northeast of Las Vegas, Nevada. Installation shall include, but not limited to installation work above and below existing power line conductors (138 kV, 69 kV, 34.5 kV and 12 kV), within existing communication manhole duct systems, and through Subcontractor provided conduit, installation of direct buried cable and within existing 138 kV power substations. All installation work will be completed on deenergized lines, permitting a safe working environment. Power outages shall be coordinated with the Contractor Site Technical Representative.
