The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Simplified Acquisition Section, Philadephia Site intends to procure for the Acoustic Research Detachment Bayview Idaho, 6000 feet of continuous length of underwater primary voltage power cable. It will be installed in Lake Pend Oreille which is a fresh water lake and has a depth up to 1200 feet. The cable will provide a primary voltage of 12,470 utility power to a floating test facility approximately 4500 feet off shore.
