This is a notice of intent to negotiate a contract with Miracle Recreation Equipment CO, Boulder, CO. to modify existing government-owned bleachers originally manufactured by Miracle Recreation Equipment. Contractor will be required to provide and install foot boards, heel boards and toe boards. Modifications shall match existing bleachers in quality, color, material and design.
