Recently, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA)
requested proposals for a series of sites that were available for
development under a Grand Solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP).
Currently the following sites are available. The site size and the

only); 8.2A; I-5 (.05 FAR), I-2 (.25 FAR); Fairfax, Virginia;

will be made available after the receipt of expressions of interest. It
is noted, that most of the sites are encumbered with transit
facilities. Any facilities displaced by a proposed project must be
replaced at no cost to WMATA. The zoning designations indicated above
reflect the best information available. Interested parties are
encouraged to contact the relevant jurisdictions prior to preparation
of proposals. Proposals may be submitted on a lease, lease/purchase or
