The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) intends to issue a solicitation to R&D Associates (RDA) under existing contract DNA001-93-C-0138 for increased level of effort for the remainder of FY 97 and FY 98. The increased effort will allow for full support of existing tasking and includes support for the Counterproliferation Program, Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty implementation, BMDO lethality technology project, and DoE aircraft assessment study. Based on RDA's exceptional expertise and responsiveness and their broad base of subcontractors and consultants, DSWA believes RDA is the only contractor capable of providing ongoing programmatic support functions and timely initiation of new projects consistent with Agency mission, capable of meeting the varied and complex technical requirements within the time required by DSWA and available funding.
