Brooks, 202/435- 6940 The U. S. Secret Service contemplates issuing a sole source acquisition to Blue Mountain Systems of Sterling, Virginia for maintenance of the Sygnetron Software. The period of performance of the basic purchase order is four (4) months plus an option to extend the period of performance an additional four (4) months. These services are being sought only from Blue Mountain Systems because this firm employs key personnel who are the only known experts on the Sygnetron Software. This software was developed by a company no longer in existence. There is no Request For Proposal. TOP SECRET CLEARANCES ARE REQUIRED. Interested firms shall submit technical and cost proposals demonstrating full capability to provide these services. Proposals must be received by the U.S. Secret Service within fifteen (15) days following publication of this CBD notice.
