Concerns having the ability for providing a Community Corrections Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Thoses interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Saginaw, Flint, or Bay City, Michigan area. Estimated number of mandays are 30,104 (24,084 male and 6,020 female) for the base period and 15,052 mandays (12,042 male and 3,010 female) for option years 1 2, and 3. Estimated issue date is o/a 03/14/97. Estimated closing date is o/a 05/15/97. Contract base period is 2 years, with three 1-year options to renew.
