Neider, Contracting Officer Contractor shall provide physician services to 230 students at the Golconda Civilian Conservation Center and yearly physical exams to senior community service enrollees. Services are located at the Golconda Civilian Conservation Center, Pope County, Illinois. Contract is a five year option contract which includes a base bid and four option bid items. Award will be made to one contractor whose overall proposal is ranked best in consideration of technical and price factors.
