Services include, but are not limited to personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other necessary items and services. As a minimum, the contractor shall provide ground handling services, air terminal operations services, and handling of classified information. Therefore, the contractor will be required to have a cleared facility. The period of performance is on or about 1 October 1997 through 30 September 1998 with four one year option periods and a 6 month extension clause.
