(2) Removal and disposal of catchment basin panels (approximately 90,000 square feet) and panel debris consisting of corrugated transite sheets containing asbestos, demolition and stockpiling of the timber and concrete support structure for the catchment basin, and cleanup of the area within the catchment basin and within 100 feet surrounding the catchment basin footprint. (3) Characterization, containerization, removal, and disposal of miscellaneous hazardous materials in the buildings and on the grounds of hotel complex prior to demolition activities. (4) Demolition, rubble reduction, hauling, and stockpiling of designated structures including building contents and selected foundation slabs and materials comprising the hotel complex and cleanup of hotel complex grounds. All sources responding to this synopsis shall submit information regarding their business status, i.e., small, large, minority-owned, and/or woman owned. The small business size standard for a concern, including its affiliates, is not to exceed $7.0 million in average annual receipts for its preceding 3 fiscal years. The standard industrial classification code for this requirement is 1795. The estimated cost range of the project is $1,000,001 to $5,000,000. The Presolicitation Notice for 1425-97-SI-81-90001 will be available on 2/13/97. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance approximately on February 28, 1997.
