The New Jersey National Guard proposes to award a contract to Add and Alter Medical Training Facility for the New Jersey Air National Guard Base in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. Addition: Reinfo rced concrete foundation and floor slab. Masonry and steel frame walls with bu ilt-up roof and all utilities and supporting systems. Exterior walls to match existing facility. Alteration: Extend utilities and relocate interior walls. This award provides for multiple line items and additive bids, all of which mu st be addressed in order to be considered for this solicitation. The contracto r shall provide all labor, equipment and materials required to perform the work in strict accordance with the contract documents. The estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price cont ract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Only prime contractors should reply. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification number is 1542 . This solicitation is unrestricted and subject to the evaluation criteria contai ned in DFAR 252.219-7003, NOTICE OF EVALUATION PREFERENCES, FOR SMALL DISADVANT AGED BUSINESS CONCERNS CONSTRUCTION ACQUISITIONS-TEST PROGRAM (APR 1996).
